Juventus are ready to table a bid for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.

The People says Dzeko, who has fallen down the pecking order at City, will be the subject of an offer from Juventus this week.

The Italian giants will table a bid of £16m for the 26-year-old Bosnian, handing him a four-year contract.

But the final decision on his future will be left with coach Roberto Mancini, who has a striking headache with Sergio Aguero out for around a month.
