Juventus hold an option on Catania star Jorge Martinez.
The young Uruguayan is rated in the £10 million class by Catania, with Roma eyeing the midfielder as a replacement for want-away Amantino Mancini.
Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco admitted: "He has many offers. At the end of the season we will make a decision."
