Porto striker Jackson Martinez is ready to leave in the summer.
The Colombian is being linked with Juventus and AS Roma.
"In the summer I'll leave Porto for a new team," Martinez revealed to El Espectador.
"Players develop well in Portugal, and I thank the club for making me the player I am today.
"However, it's time for a new adventure, to grow from a professional point of view.
"Italy or England? Possibly, but I'm waiting for the summer. My agent deals with these things, and at the moment I don't know what my future will be."
