Juventus have made a bid for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
La Stampa says Juve have settled on Dzeko as their top striker signing this summer after being frustrated in their bid to land Arsenal ace Robin van Persie and Fiorentina's Stevan Jovetic.
Juve offered €20 million for Dzeko, but City chiefs rejected it this week.
However, Bianconeri directors are convinced City have little room to maneuver given their overload of strikers and the need to move players on.
City paid €35 million for Dzeko, but Juve's offer is the best they have for any of their fringe players at the moment.
