Juventus striker Trezeguet doesn't expect Euro2008 place

Juventus striker David Trezeguet admits he can't see himself winning a place in Raymond Domenech's France Euro2008 squad.

"Even if this is the last game before the squad of 23 for Euro 2008 is announced, I don't feel that I have to play a big game against England," Trezeguet insisted after his late call-up this week. "Whether or not I am on that list or not doesn't just depend on this game. Domenech has been building his squad for a while and he has a team in his head, which I have to accept.

"As far as I am concerned, I am always available for the national side. In these months that I have been left out, I haven't said anything else.

"People try to make me react to the Coach's choices, but my only response has been on the pitch, in my displays for my club."
