Juventus striker Carlos Tevez has denied reports of a feud with Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
A rift between the pair is being blamed for Tevez's snub by Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella.
"I really don't know where certain stories come from," Tevez told Cronica.
"The truth is that we have played together in matches and training and there has never been a problem.
"He is a very nice person and very polite. This should be his World Cup and I wish him well from the bottom of my heart because he is a marvellous player.
"He and Cristiano Ronaldo, with whom I played at Manchester United, are the best players in the World."
