Amauri is delighted to be amongst the goals again for Juventus after their 1-0 win over Siena on Sunday.

The 29-year-old of Brazilian origin had gone nearly eight months without a goal until he scored against Fiorentina.

"I had said that my season began with Fiorentina, so as you have seen it has started well, but I am not going to stop here, other goals will come," Amauri told Juventus' official website.

"I didn't score thanks to a question of circumstances, but I still had wonderful games. The goal was a question of days and in fact it then arrived.

"I don't have to prove anything to anyone because I have been in Italy for five years and I am having a better season than the last."
