Juventus are leading the race for Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic.
The Croatia international's representatives were in London last week for meetings with Chelsea and Arsenal officials.
However, Tuttosport says Juve chiefs Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici have met with Mandzukic's agents and have already agreed personal terms over a deal to 2017 worth €3 million-a-year plus bonuses.
Bayern are demanding €30 million to sell Mandzukic and Marotta is prepared for Juve to meet such a valuation to bring the striker to Turin next season.
