Stewart Downing insists he's still committed to Middlesbrough.
The home-grown winger rocked the Riverside last month by demanding a transfer and he continues to have his sights set on quitting the club.
Spurs failed with two January raids and will again lead the chase this summer, with Juventus also keen.
Downing insisted: "This club still means a lot to me.
"I am staying here until the end and we get on with it. I want to play my part. There can be no passengers in the team, we aren't good enough to do that.
"We need everyone fighting and if we do that we have a chance. It would be a great pay-back from me to the fans to play a big part in keeping us up. That is the objective. The fans and the manager will be happy with that."
