Juventus have snapped up Barcelona youngster Sergio Buenacasa.

The player confirmed the news posting a picture on his Twitter feed of him signing the contract.

"I am already a Juventus player!" he wrote.

"I am very happy and enthusiastic to be part of this great club! Can't wait to start training!"
