Juventus are ready to make an offer for Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov.
The Daily Star says Juve are ready to step up their interest in Berbatov by making a cut-price £7m move for the striker.
Juventus were eyeing Atletico Madrid's Sergio Aguero and Villarreal's Giuseppe Rossi as potential marquee signings.
However, with both of those moves set to collapse, they are now ready to turn their attentions to Manchester United man Berbatov.
The Bulgarian, 30, is in the final year of his current deal. And after talks stalled about a new one, Juve want to nick Berbatov on the cheap - three years after he joined United for a club record £30.75m - and offer him a three-year contract.
