Juventus captain Alessandro del Piero has been hit by a new thigh injury.
The 34-year-old felt an acute pain during training yesterday morning and immediately went for a scan, which only confirmed the bad news.
Del Piero only just returned from injury and made his first appearance of the season as a second half substitute against Bologna on Sunday. He is expected to be out for over a month.
