Juventus signing Cristiano Ronaldo is urging Mehdi Benatia to stay.

The pair clashed during the World Cup - but Ronaldo admits he's a fan of the Morocco international.

The defender has been linked with Olympique Marseille, but Ronaldo wants him to stay for the new season.

The Portugal captain said, "He's a big defender, we got into a bit of a World Cup clash, but that's normal.

"I'd like to have him as a team-mate."
