Juventus set to make move for Liverpool boss Benitez
Italian club Juventus are believed to be planning a swoop for Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez.
The Old Lady are believed to be set to try and lure the Spaniard to Turin as his future at Anfield continues to be clouded.
Benitez’s agent, Manuel Garcia Quillon, was non-committal when asked about the potential shift but did keep the door open by saying anything was a possibility.
"Benitez to Juventus? In football you never know. I don't know what will happen in four to five months. In football everything changes quickly," he said.
“The basic principal is that Rafa still has a four-year contract with Liverpool. At this precise moment the idea is not correct, because he is a very important figure to the Liverpool fans - the idols of the fans are Gerrard, Torres, and Benitez. But you never know what will happen."
Juve have insisted that current boss Ciro Ferrara will lose his job this week after the club fell to sixth on the Serie A table following a loss to Roma on the weekend.

To add to lfc 18+5. Liverpool didnt have the million other team were spending to recruit players, so with the minimal budget, i strongly feel that no other manager would have done any better than Benitez... Go go Benitez, LFC fans are all behind u...
Cheers,
LFC-Dieheart
smiler and anfieldmagic are true lfc fans. we love our team and we'll support the manager through the good times and the bad. yes we are having an extremely bad season and you can point to alot of things that contributed to it. late injury time goals knocked us out the CL. FACT. beachball lost us the game fact. FACT. never ending injuries and niggles decimating most of our squad including G+T. FACT. as mentioned, this is still pretty much the same squad as last year. the one that lost TWICE and finished 2nd. FACT. is this really such a bad team with a poor manager. lol. you must be joking.
I support Liverpool and true fans like Smiler09. We stick with our guys thick and thin, win or lose. We are not gonna desert the team just because it is a bad season, that's not our style. If you don't like it, too bad...you are a nobody but a hating fool.
