Juventus are launching a £12 million bid for Portsmouth midfielder Sulley Muntari.

The Sunday Mirror says after just one year at Portsmouth the Fratton Park club are ready to cash in on the Ghana midfielder - and make a £5million profit into the bargain.

Even by Harry Redknapp's standards as one of football's great wheeler-dealers, the Muntari deal will go down as smart business. Redknapp recruited the hard-working midfielder from Udinese last summer for £7m.
