The Bianconeri are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of next season's two-pronged attack on Serie A and Europe.

One area that needs to be strengthened is the backup goalkeeper position, as current number two Emanuele Belardi has failed to impress when given the chance.

The Corriere says that Juventus are set to beat off competition from the likes of Fiorentina, Tottenham, Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Celtic to sign Schwarzer, who is available on a free transfer as his contract runs out in the summer.
