Tuttosport says Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini and sports chief Rino Foschi will hold a dinner meeting with Juventus chiefs Alessio Secco, Jean-Claude Blanc and president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli.
Zamparini is seeking £17 million for Amauri, while Juve would prefer to begin negotiations at £15 million and hope to include players to convince Palermo to sell.
