Juventus are chasing Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul.

The Sunday Express says the Italian giants are planning for the future in the knowledge that Gigi Buffon, 36, can't go on forever.

Krul is the player they have earmarked as Buffon's eventual successor and are poised to make a £10million bid in the summer for the Dutch international.

Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is also interested in the 26-year-old who is currently sidelined with a knee injury.
