Juventus are refusing to give up on Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic.
Tuttosport says Juve management are exploring the prospect of tempting Vidic to Turin with his contract winding down. United are yet to open talks about a new agreement and Juve see Vidic as their 'new Pirlo'.
Juve had no problem accommodating Andrea Pirlo last year, despite the then AC Milan midfielder being the wrong side of 30, and see the same potential with Vidic.
AS Monaco and Barcelona are also among clubs keeping tabs on the Serb's situation before he is available to commit to a pre-contract in the New Year.
