La Stampa says Juve are in the middle of negotiations with Samp over the sale of Argentine midfielder Sergio Almiron.

Samp are willing to cough up £3 million for Almiron and Juve have raised the prospect of gaining first refusal on Cassano - an option which has also been discussed by Inter Milan.
