Juventus are ready to use David Trezeguet as bait to trump Inter Milan for Genoa striker Diego Milito.

Both clubs are chasing the Argentina international and Juve are preparing to offer Trezeguet, plus Rafaelle Palladino's full registration and extending the co-ownership of Domenico Criscito.

Only last week, Genoa president Enrico Preziosi admitted they would need to deepen their squad if they were to compete in the Champions League next season.
