Juventus are pushing to sign Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij.

With a year to run on his contract, the Dutchman has so far refused to consider signing new terms.

Juve, which are already chasing Lazio striker Keita Balde Diao, are also seeking a deal for De Vrij.

La Stampa says should Lazio refuse to do business, Juve are willing to wait until January to sign the defender to a pre-contract.

For his part, De Vrij is happy to play out the season with Lazio before moving on.
