Juventus president Cobolli Gigli: Montali good for Napoli

Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli says Gian Paolo Montali would be a great addition to the Napoli management.

Montali is being linked with the vacant sporting director's post at Napoli following the dismissal of Pierpaolo Marino last week.

Cobolli Gigli knows Montali well from his time on the Juve board and said: "Over the past three years, Montali has experience on the board of Juventus.

"I do not know if these reports are true, however Montali is a man of great experience in the field and has managed major sporting events.

"He's very familiar with the sport in terms of training, since even now he deals with management of the minds of people and players."
