Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli was delighted to see youngsters Raffaele Palladino and Giorgio Chiellini feature for Italy in this week's victory over Faroe Islands.
"It makes me very happy," he grinned. "These lads have fully embraced the ethos of the club where we find space for youngsters.
"Is Palladino a threat to Alessandro Del Piero? Let's not joke. Alex is our captain and hopefully next term we will be in the Champions League and everyone will have their place."
