Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is being won over by coach Gigi del Neri.
After three consecutive victories, Corriere dello Sport says Del Neri is very close to convincing Agnelli and his board to confirm the coach for next season.
Agnelli has Zenit St Petersburg boss Luciano Spalletti, Napoli's Walter Mazzarri and Gianpiero Gasperini under consideration - but is now leaning towards sticking with Del Neri.
It's not only the on-field results which are convincing Agnelli. Del Neri's rapport with the players has been likened to Jose Mourinho's work and is another factor impressing Juve's decision makers.
