Juventus prepare to welcome Palermo's Amauri today

Palermo striker Amauri spent last night in a Turin hotel ahead of undergoing his medical and signing a contract with Juventus today.

Controcampo says Amauri's medical tests are set for 8am this morning and he will be due at the Galileo Ferraris head office by midday to put pen to paper on a four-year contract. The Brazilian will be unveiled to the media in the afternoon.

Amauri has settled on terms worth £2.75 million-a-year and moves to Juve in exchange for £9 million cash and Antonio Nocerino and Davide Lanzafame. Juve midfielder Nocerino joins Palermo outright, while striker Lanzafame moves to Sicily in co-ownership.
