Juventus are moving for released Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack.

The Germany international, 33, has been released by Chelsea today and is interesting Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.

However, high level Juventus sources have told tribalfootball.com that the Bianconeri are drawing up a contract offer for Ballack's minders to consider.

The midfielder is being lined up as a potential replacement for Christian Poulsen, who will be allowed to move on if his representatives can find him a new club.
