Juventus powerbrokers have held talks with former Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini, it has been revealed.

Mancini has been linked with Claudio Ranieri's job ahead of Juve's clash with Real Madrid and Il Messaggero says sources are indicating that there is genuine interest.

Indeed, it's claimed Mancini has recently dined with Juve chiefs Jean-Claude Blanc and Giovanni Cobolli Gigli.

For now, Mancini is currently residing in England doing an English-language course. He would consider a move to Juve - if the offer was for long-term.
