Juventus powerbrokers want an answer from Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez in the coming days.

Turin sources say new Juve president Andrea Agnelli met with predecessor Jean-Claude Blanc and fellow powerbroker Carlo Sant'Albano in a high-powered meeting yesterday.

It was agreed they needed an answer from Benitez by the end of the week as the delays over his commitment were stalling their summer market transfer plans.

If the Spaniard cannot decide about moving to Turin, Juve will turn to alternatives, including Massimiliano Allegri, Cesare Prandelli (Fiorentina) and Luciano Spalletti (Zenith St Petersburg).
