Turin's city council has given the green light for Serie A champions Juventus to begin construction work on a new training complex, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The complex will lie next to Juventus Stadium, the team's home ground for the past two seasons. Juventus bought an 180,000 square metre plot of land in June, paying the council 11.7 million (US$15.4 million), but still required the necessary permissions to be granted.
Italy's ANSA news agency said the training complex would include a cinema and spa.
