Juventus striker Alessandro Matri says versatility is the key to their success this season.

Matri has netted four goals in eight appearances so far as new boss Antonio Conte has used a variety of formations - 4-4-2, 4-1-4-1 and 4-3-3.

"The Coach is keeping us focused," the international said. "We are working on various formations which allow us to change mid-game.

"We're working hard to give our very best in training and in the matches themselves."
