Juventus plan massive sales to raise £40M

Olof Mellberg is set to be the first of a raft of sales made by Juventus this summer.
La Stampa says Mellberg's £2 million switch to Olympiakos will soon be followed by Christian Poulsen, Tiago, Sergio Almiron, Paolo de Ceglie and Marco Marchionni all being shown the door by Juve.
Bianconeri management also intend to sell their 50 per cent share in co-ownership deals for Marcelo Zalayeta, Domenico Criscito, Michele Paolucci and Antonio Mirante.
The cash raised could reach £40 million, which will allow Juve to add to their two summer signings so far, Diego and Fabio Cannavaro.
Lyon fullback Fabio Grosso, Genoa striker Robert Aquafresca and Villarreal star Giuseppe Rossi are all on Juve's shopping list.

How the hell can they let Criscito slip like that? He's the greatest defensive talent in the entire Serie A, is he really that reluctant to return to Turin???
40,000,000Ł?! How is Juventus going to sell 40M worth of players, that is 60 million €. Now let's take a look at the players they are selling:
Mellberg - 2M, Poulsen - kill me if anyone will give more than 8M for him, Tiago- once good, a big mistake, also worth 8M, Almriron-not worth mentioning- 3M, De Ceglie- good young player, but no WAY he's gonna sell for more than 3M, Marchionni- oh god, another half-retarded player, 3M, and 50% of Zalayeta (can't be worth more than 3M total), Criscito (3M), Paolucci (oh god... 2M), Mirante (OH GOD... 1M), so 4,5M total for a 50% price of them
That is 31,5M total... and i was generous, 40M, not in a million years... and if by some miracle they do get that much, PLEASE buy Marquez or Pique or a good defender, or it's going to be horseshit again this season...
I agree with you when it comes to Giovinco that left side is his for years to come. I think they should invest more in Italia talent that is there. Midfield Marchisio will be captain in the next couple of years, I think they should get luca cigarini from Alatanta before Napoli do. David Silva, thats laughable. He good but i am sure alot of Spainards now realise that Itatian football doesnt really work well for them, Mendieta and Tristan perfect examples,
