Juventus chiefs are planning to test Manchester City's resolve over star defender Micah Richards.

Tuttosport says Juve are planning to spend big on some of Europe's best under-23 players, including England international Richards. The City stopper has only just signed a bumper new deal at Eastlands and insists he's happy playing for manager Sven Goran Eriksson.

Also in Juve's sights is Arsenal left-back Gael Clichy.
