Juventus have opened new contract talks with Alex Sandro.

The Brazil fullback is the subject of intense interest from Chelsea and also has Manchester City monitoring his situation. Benjamin Mendy's injury setback this week has brought into sharp focus the lack of fullback cover City's squad boasts.

Meanwhile, Juve are anxious to secure Sandro to a new deal.

The Bianconeri will offer Sandro an improved salary worth €5m net and a deal to 2022.
