Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon doesn't believe his thigh injury is anything serious.

Buffon was replaced by Alex Manninger at halftime of yesterday's 1-0 win at Cagliari and later said: "I felt a strain when I moved for the ball. I asked for the change and have resisted until the end of the first half.

"I don't think it is anything serious, I'll be out at most a week. But you saw today that in Manninger we have a quality keeper and can stay calm."
