Juventus are in talks with Manchester City for striker Edin Dzeko.

The former Wolfsburg star has flopped in England since his January arrival and City are keen to get him off their books.

Mediaset says taking advantage of Juve's trip to Old Trafford as part of Gary Neville's Manchester United testimonial, sports director Fabrizio Patrici and general manager Beppe Marotta held talks with City about Dzeko.

Juve are attempting to setup a season-long loan deal for Dzeko with the view to a permanent signing next June.

The Bianconeri would also be prepared to cover Dzeko's €6 million-a-year wages to bring him to Turin.
