Juventus have launched an immediate appeal against the two-match ban for diving handed to Milos Krasic.
The club immediately announced it was putting its lawyers on the case for an emergency appeal, hoping he can at least be back for the big game against AC Milan.
"We take heed of the ban, but undoubtedly we are faced with a strongly unfair decision," said director of sport Beppe Marotta.
The Serb was suspended using video evidence after his simulation to win a penalty in the 0-0 draw with Bologna.
