Juventus have delivered a new proposal worth almost €50 million to Napoli for star striker Edinson Cavani. Mediaset says Juve are offering €30 million cash plus striker Alessandro Matri, who is rated at €18 million, for the Uruguayan star.
However, Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has told Juve to come back with something better as he's not interested in adding Matri to coach Walter Mazzarri's squad.
Meanwhile, Cavani's Italian agents will fly to Montevideo next week for talks about his plans for the summer market.
The centre-forward also remains a top target for Manchester City and Chelsea.
