Juventus will spend today's deadline day in talks with Genoa for striker Alberto Gilardino.
Tuttosport says Juve are preparing to sell Fabio Quagliarella today and will seek to replace him with Gilardino, a huge Bianconeri fan.
Talks are currently centred around the form of the transfer. Juve want a straight loan, while Genoa president Enrico Preziosi is seeking €6 million to sell.
Should a deal happen, Preziosi will seek AS Roma striker Marco Borriello as a direct replacement for Gilardino.
