New Juventus loan signing Marco Borriello denies rejecting them in 2010.
Borriello had the chance to join Juve in the summer of 2010, but he opted for Roma as they were willing to offer a permanent deal to AC Milan.
"I'd like to tell the fans that I never turned Juventus down, because Juventus is a club that you can't say no to. I can only say that at that particular time a permanent transfer was the preferred option and therefore an agreement couldn't be reached with Milan, so I never turned Juventus down.
"I don't want to say anything more to the fans, because actions speak louder than words. I prefer to show what I can do on the pitch and honour this shirt in the best possible way."
