Juventus legend Gentile impressed by midfielder Marchisio

Juventus legend Claudio Gentile is impressed by the early season form of Claudio Marchisio.

The midfielder struck twice in victory over AC Milan on Sunday.

“He has enormous qualities,” said Gentile. “It’s a good job that he didn’t join Roma during the summer…

“He strikes up an excellent partnership with Andrea Pirlo in central midfield.”
