Juventus hero Angelo di Livio has backed their pursuit of Tottenham star Gareth Bale.

Di Livio feels either Bale or Udinese's Pablo Armero would solve the problems Juve coach Antonio Conte has on the left-side of his midfield.

"They're both purely attacking players. Bale surely has great qualities, but also I do not mind Armero," he told TMW.

"Conte really needs someone who can play at left-back so he can move Giorgio Chiellini back to the centre of defence."
