Juventus are launching a £20 million bid for Tottenham midfielder Paulinho.
The Sunday Telegraph says according to sources in Italy, however, Paulinho is being lined up as Arturo Vidal's replacement with Juventus confident that an offer for the Brazilian international will be accepted by Spurs.
The likelihood is, however, that Spurs's chairman Daniel Levy will want to receive more than £25 million before he will even consider selling Paulinho.
Spurs paid around £17 million to sign Paulinho from the Sao Paulo club Corinthians and he attracted interest from Real Madrid during last season and, more recently, Chelsea who are still looking to strengthen their midfield. An informal inquiry was made about Paulinho.
