Juventus goalkeeper Alex Manninger is being linked with a return to London.
The former Arsenal keeper is third-choice at Juve and is being lined up for a move to Fulham by their manager Mark Hughes.
Itasportpress says Hughes sees Manninger as cover - and an eventual successor - for 38 year-old Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
Much may depend on the future of David Stockdale, who is currently happy to be patient and wait for his own chance to replace Schwarzer.
