Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon has dismissed talk of a January move to Manchester City.
City's new Abu Dhabi-based owners, the United Group for Development and Investment, broke the British transfer record to sign Robinho on deadline day and the chances are more big names will follow when the transfer window opens again in January.
But the Juventus number one, who is currently with the Italy team preparing for Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Cyprus, claims he will not be one of them.
"It's a journalist's fantasy," said Buffon. "If an offer like that one arrived, I believe Juve would look at the numbers. But I doubt it would ever arrive."
