Juventus keeper Buffon dedicates wonder save to newborn son

Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon dedicated his wonder save last night to newborn son David Lee.

Juve ranout 1-0 winners over Champions League opponents Maccabi Haifa, but not before Buffon's heroics.

It was still 0-0 in the first half when Dvalishvili knocked down a corner for the totally unmarked Keinan from five yards, but somehow Buffon reached a hand back to block the chip when it was already behind him.

“At the time I barely even realised it, but by the look on the faces of my teammates I assume it was impressive!

“I am glad to dedicate this victory to my wife and new son David Lee,” smiled Buffon.
