Juventus goalkeeper Emanuele Belardi admits he has no chance of keeping Gigi Buffon out of the first team once he is fully fit.

"It is difficult to come in for Buffon because he is the best goalkeeper in the world," he told Sky Sport Italia after his performance against Livorno. "It really is a daunting task, but this was my lucky evening.

"Of course it's not nice to be criticised, but I'm not a little boy anymore, I'm 30-years-old.

"I have had good games and bad games in my career. It would have been stupid to dwell on the Press reports after the Inter game so I moved on."
