Juventus have joined the battle for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.

The Sun says Juve are ready to make a move for De Gea if they fail to land Gianluigi Donnarumma — as they prepare for life without Gianluigi Buffon.

The 17-year-old AC Milan sensation is tipped to become the world's No1 goalkeeper.

And agent Mino Raiola will do all he can to ensure the stopper makes a lucrative move to the Serie A leaders.

But, should the Rossoneri stubbornly hold onto their prized asset, Juventus could turn to De Gea.

Buffon has been with the Bianconeri since 2001 and is regarded as one of the best goalkeeper's in football history.

However, he has just turned 39 and will need replacing soon.
