Juventus are ready to sell Giorgio Chiellini to Manchester City.

Tuttosport says Juve plan to fund their summer market plans by cashing in on Italy international Chiellini.

City and Real Madrid have been contacted about Chiellini's availability and been informed they can land the centre-half for £18 million.

Chiellini is unhappy with his contract at Juve and has been left frustrated by the lack of progress over talks regarding a new deal.
