Juventus are ready to splash out €25 million to sign Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Juve coach Antonio Conte has made the Argentine his prime summer target.

For his part, Higuain is keen on a move to Turin, despite interest from Chelsea and PSG.

Last month, Juve and Real officials first met to discuss a fee for the stinker, with the Italians offering €22 million, while Madrid were insisting on €30 million.

Juve now hope their new offer will be viewed as a sensible compromise by Real.
